1. BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL DAY OF ACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Birmingham City Council’s day of action due to take place on Tuesday 26^th February is cancelled and there will be no further action for the next 2 weeks.

An agreement has been reached with the Employer, which will result in intense negotiations to resolve the outstanding difficulties.

A detailed document identifying the talks and what they will entail will follow.

Whatever the outcome of the 2 weeks talks will be put before Trade Union members for their consideration.
