UNFAIR DISMISSAL & OTHER WORK-RELATED PROBLEMS The GMB will represent members at Employment Tribunals when unfairly dismissed from work or when legal action is necessary for any other form of work-related problems such as redundancy, equal pay, unlawful deductions etc. The GMB will take legal action where necessary when our members are subject to any form of discrimination, harrassment and bullying. FREE WILLS FOR YOU AND YOUR PARTNER We can arrange for you to have a Will drawn up at no cost to you. If you are encountering a problem that is not work-related we can offer you a free half-hour with our solicitors. The surgery takes place at the Halesowen Office, Will Thorne House, 2 Birmingham Road, Halesowen B63 3HP on a Friday fortnightly. There are only four slots available so it is a case of first come first serve. The GMB will provide advice and representation
